Rebekah Laguardia has over 20 years of experience in product development. Rebekah began their career in 1999 as the Marketing & Product Development Coordinator for Smashbox Cosmetics. Rebekah then moved up the ranks to Associate Manager Product Development, Manager Product Development, Senior Manager Product Development, Director Of Product Development, and VP of Product Development. In 2012, they joined Josie Maran Cosmetics as VP Product Development. In 2015, they joined Stroke of Beauty as VP of Product Development. In 2018, they joined RL Beauty as a Product Development Consultant, and then Kendo Brands, Inc. as Senior Director Product Development. Rebekah is currently the Senior Vice President Of Product Development for Milani Cosmetics.
