Milena Pacyniak is an experienced laboratory coordinator specializing in food microbiology at Milarex since January 2017, responsible for supervising the production environment through testing, scheduling, and risk assessment. Prior experience includes serving as a laboratory specialist at Morpol ASA from July 2008 to December 2016, where Milena managed laboratory operations, coordinated projects for modernization, and trained staff. Milena’s career began as a lab technician, conducting quality control testing on raw materials, final products, and environmental samples, while also preparing culture media. Milena holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Biology with a focus on environmental protection from Akademia Pomorska w Słupsku, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
