Allison Aaron

Allison Aaron is an experienced legal and talent development professional currently serving as the Talent Development Manager for the M&A/Corporate Group at Milbank LLP since September 2021. Previously, Aaron held roles at PCA as a Faculty Member focusing on leadership training and executive coaching, and at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as an ML Force Attorney in investment management, counseling institutional investors on private investment fund investments. Notably, Aaron’s experience also includes working as a Contract Attorney at Quinn Emanuel and as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where the focus was on private equity fund investments. Aaron holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Law from Binghamton University, along with training from the Co-Active Training Institute.
