Shantel Watters-Rogers

Shantel Watters-Rogers is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in financial restructuring, talent development, and litigation. Since May 2019, Shantel has served as the Financial Restructuring Talent Development Manager at Milbank LLP. Prior experience includes roles as an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and as a summer associate at Sheppard Mullin. Earlier experience includes positions as a Litigation Legal Assistant and Paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where responsibilities included case management, document production, and client communication.
