Sharon Quaintance

Sharon Quaintance has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sharon most recently worked as the Global Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Milbank LLP, where they were responsible for advancing global strategic planning, innovation, and change management. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director at HBR Consulting, where they established the Business Operations practice and led law firm practice-specific service delivery assessments. Sharon also co-founded and served as the CEO of LawDocsXpress, a cloud-based outsourcing company for legal secretarial and support services. Moreover, Sharon has experience in telecommunications and internet services, having held roles such as Vice President of Operations at Avana Communications and Director of Regulatory Services at CHR Solutions. At GTE Telephone Operations, they held multiple positions including Director of Pre-Touch Process Champion, Group Product Manager, and Manager of Business Pricing. Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and business development.
