Christian K. Torres is a Senior Litigation Associate at Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, specializing in consumer protection, cybersecurity, data privacy, and biometrics within the Class Action and Multidistrict Litigation Department. Torres has extensive experience in advising and representing consumer classes on issues such as antitrust and products liability, as well as compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Prior to joining Milberg Coleman, Torres served as an Associate Attorney at Delgado & Fernández, LLC, focusing on commercial litigation and securities arbitration, and worked as a Law Clerk in the Employment Law and Labor-Management Relations Group at Sánchez-Betances, Sifre & Muñoz-Noya. Torres gained judicial experience as a Judicial Extern with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, where responsibilities included legal research and drafting opinions.
