Ben Johansing

Ben Johansing is a driven professional with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Currently serving as a Production Intern at milc group, Ben is gaining expertise in production processes and quality assurance. Previous experience includes roles as Dairy Feed Manager and Dairy Maintenance Manager at Cal Poly Corporation, where responsibilities included managing feed program efficiency and overseeing facility upkeep. Additionally, Ben has hands-on agricultural experience as a Farm Hand at JOHANSING FARMS LLC, managing cattle and maintaining property. Early career roles also include operation of CNC machinery at Diamond Tool & Die, Inc. and instruction of horsemanship at Boy Scouts of America.
