Henrie Callens

Henrie Callens is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a focus on compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Reward Manager at Milcobel since July 2021, Henrie has held various roles including Compensation & Benefits Project Manager and Payroll Project Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure as HR Manager - Payroll at Ostend-Bruges Flanders International Airport from February 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included harmonizing different statuses. Additionally, Henrie worked in payroll management at Antwerp Flanders International Airport and completed internships in payroll at TVH.
