Charlie Pajares, P.E. is an accomplished project manager and engineer with extensive experience in water resources and civil engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Mile High Flood District since June 2021, Charlie previously held the position of Water Engineer at Jacobs and Water Resources Engineer at CH2M. Early career experience includes an engineering internship at Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and a civil engineering internship with the City and County of Denver. Charlie possesses a strong foundation in biomedical research, holding a Biomedical Research Trainee position at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from Arizona State University.
