Jeffrey Battiste

Jeffrey Battiste is an experienced professional in engineering and education with a focus on mathematics and water resources. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Mile High Flood District since August 2021, Jeffrey has previously held roles as Project Engineer and Staff Engineer. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as a Water Resources Engineer at Matrix Design Group, Inc. from May 2017 to July 2021. Jeffrey's academic experience includes positions as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan and a Mathematics Instructor at the University of Oregon, UNSW, and the University of Technology Sydney, where expertise in teaching calculus, differential equations, and mathematical applications was employed. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and English from Bowling Green State University.
