Alison McLean

Alison McLean has worked at Mile High United Way since 2019. Alison started as a Resource Specialist in February 2019 and then became a Resource Supervisor for 2-1-1 in January 2020. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of Resource Manager for 2-1-1. From January to August 2022, they served as a Data Quality Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Data Quality, starting in September 2022.

Prior to their employment at Mile High United Way, Alison worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from May 2008 to April 2019.

Alison McLean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Augustana College.
