Eric Artis

Eric D. Artis, M.Ed, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources & Diversity Officer at Mile High United Way, where responsibilities include acting as a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner and driving cultural change initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza, Vice President of Human Resources at HealthOne - The Medical Center of Aurora, and Vice President Human Resources at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. Eric's foundational experience in human resources began as Human Resources Director at ARC Management Services, and earlier, served in the United States Air Force as a Logistics Operations Specialist. Eric holds a Master's degree in Organization Development/Human Resources Studies from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Regis University.
