Kris Welsh

Kris Welsh is an experienced accounting and technology professional with a strong background in accounts payable and bookkeeping. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Mile High United Way since May 2018, Kris manages vendor payments, donation payouts, and grant processing, including significant contributions to the State Covid Relief Fund and the Denver Small Business Emergency Relief Fund. Prior to this role, Kris operated as a Bookkeeper for Lisa S Gertsch LLC and worked at NewCloud Networks as a Network Engineer and Dispatch, where responsibilities included client support and ticket management. Kris also contributed to Volunteers of America Colorado as an Assistant Network Administrator, overseeing IT functions and customer service for numerous users. Education includes an Associate's degree in Computer Network Technology from Westwood College and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Northeast Community College.
