Kristin Hubbard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Starting in 2009, they worked as a City Year Corps Member and Team Leader in Washington, DC. Kristin then became a Program Manager at City Year Washington, DC, and later moved to City Year Denver, where they held the position of Program Manager as well. In 2013, they joined Denver Public Schools as a Math Fellow Coordinator and Academic Partner, supporting math intervention programs and providing professional development for teachers. In 2020, Kristin worked as a Program Coordinator for Don't Be A Monster, managing development and fundraising efforts and expanding their anti-bullying program. Kristin'smost recent role is at Mile High United Way, where they have held positions as a Program Manager, Senior Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Tax Help Colorado. In their current role, they have developed training curricula, coordinated volunteer experiences, and formed strategic partnerships. Overall, Kristin has demonstrated a strong commitment to education, community service, and program management throughout their career.

Kristin Hubbard attended Beloit College from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
