Kemuning Panggita

Kemuning Panggita has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kemuning started their career as an English Teacher in 2011, where they prepared syllabi, paperwork, and conducted tests for students. In 2012, they worked as a Corporate Legal Officer at PT U Finance Indonesia and later was a Legal Officer at PT. ABB Sakti Industri. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Section Head of GA SESR Department at PT. Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. In 2018, Kemuning became self-employed as a Consultant and also held the role of Supervisor Corporate Legal at PT. VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk for a brief period. Kemuning then joined Voksel Group as a Corporate Legal Counsel from December 2018 to February 2021. Kemuning continued their legal career as an Associate at SEEKLaw from June 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Lawyer at MileApp since 2020.

Kemuning Panggita completed their Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta from 2005 to 2008, but the degree name and field of study for this educational institution are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Pendalaman POJK No.17/POJK.04/2020 tentang: Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in July 2020, Sertifikat Pelatihan Ketentuan Notifikasi Merger dan Akuisisi from KPPU in May 2020, Advocate Certificate from PERADI in March 2020, and Pendalaman POJK No.29/POJK.04/2016 tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, SE OJK No.30/SE OJK.04/2016 tentang Bentuk dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, serta sharing session dari PT Bank Permata Tbk sebagai Juara 3 Kate from ICSA in January 2020.
