M. Alif Abhiesa Al Kautsar

M. Alif Abhiesa Al Kautsar has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and project management.

M. Alif Abhiesa began their career as a Software Engineer at PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia in June 2018, where they worked until August 2018.

From February 2020 to November 2020, Alif worked as a Full Stack Developer and later as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Erloom Digital Venture.

In March 2021, Alif joined detikcom as a Software Engineer, where they worked until February 2022. During this time, they utilized various technologies such as posgrSQL, Phalcon, Lumen, and Django for building and maintaining websites like transentertainment.com, transstudiobandung.com, and event services.

In March 2022, Alif transitioned to a role as a Software Engineer at MileApp, a position they held until September 2022. M. Alif Abhiesa was involved in building a Super app at task.mile.app and web.

From September 2022 to May 2023, Alif took on the role of Senior Solutions Engineer at MileApp, where they provided solutions based on problems and user requirements. M. Alif Abhiesa worked closely with consultants and client stakeholders and developed an extra app called uploadexcel.

Finally, Alif assumed the role of Scrum Master at MileApp in May 2023. As a Scrum Master, they led a team using Agile methodologies, facilitated communication and collaboration, and ensured the successful outcome of projects. M. Alif Abhiesa conducted regular meetings, supported team members, coached them on Scrum principles, resolved conflicts, identified and resolved issues, and updated project activities in a management tracking tool.

M. Alif Abhiesa Al Kautsar completed their high school education from SMKN 1 Lemah Abang from 2012 to 2015, majoring in Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. M. Alif Abhiesa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatika from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS) from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, M. Alif Abhiesa Al Kautsar obtained two certifications. In February 2023, they completed the "Complete Guide to Elasticsearch" course from Udemy. In March 2022, they obtained the "Kubernetes Hands-On - Deploy Microservices to the AWS Cloud" certification, also from Udemy.
