A Swedish contract manufacturer, Hanza AB, acquired Milectria’s defense- and industry-related business on October 1, 2025. Milectria Power Oy was not included in the transaction and continues its business of delivering high‑quality electrical panels for real estate and residential buildings under the name Milectria.
