Jason Breeland

Jason Breeland has a strong background in operations and management. Jason started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. where they achieved impressive results, surpassing company goals and turning around the department's performance. Jason then moved on to Anchor Funding Corporation, where they served as an Operations Manager and played a key role in IT transformation and increasing sales. In their most recent position as the Chief Operations Officer at MiLEND, Inc, Jason successfully grew the company from a mortgage broker to a lender, overseeing various functions such as marketing, technology, finance, and HR. Under their leadership, the company expanded to $400M in loans and 200 employees.

Jason Breeland completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at the Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2008. Jason also obtained a certification as a Motivity Certified Administrator from Motivity Solutions in August 2018.
