Crystal Terrazas is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in high-profile construction projects, currently leading a multi-million recuperative care high-rise in downtown Denver with Milender White since November 2016. Terrazas has demonstrated expertise in managing risks, financial costs, and ensuring overall project success while fostering collaboration among owners, architects, and trade partners. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent for mixed-use developments and high-rise projects, along with positions as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project coordination, safety, quality control, and direct communication with stakeholders. Terrazas holds a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
