Jonathan Chu

Jonathan Chu is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the restaurant and customer experience industries. Currently serving as Chairman of Miles Customer Experience since October 2024, Jonathan also contributes as a Partner at Lanea Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge, a role held since January 2019. Additionally, Jonathan founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of OhWaiter from January 2019 to November 2024 and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Independence Restaurant from 2014 to 2023. Jonathan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, completed between 1987 and 1990, along with earlier studies at San Francisco State University from 1984 to 1987.
