Jason Harper

Jason Harper is a distinguished legal professional with over 22 years of experience, currently serving as a Mediator, Arbitrator, and Senior Judge at Miles Mediation & Arbitration since January 2019, where Jason holds the distinction of being the youngest Senior Judge in Georgia. Harper's extensive background includes a decade as a State Court Judge, presiding over personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and tenures as an adjunct faculty member at Mercer University and Brenau University, where Jason taught Employment Law, Business Law, and Conflict Resolution. Harper also held leadership roles as Chairman of the Henry County Board of Commissioners and as a board member of the Atlanta Regional Commission. Educational credentials include a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Mercer University.
