Cheri Szereszewski has extensive experience in Early Childhood Education. Cheri is currently serving as the Director of Early Childhood Education at Miles Nadal JCC since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Prosserman JCC for over a decade, starting as an Assistant Director of Daycare and Preschool in June 2008 and later becoming the Director of Daycare and Preschool in July 2016. Cheri held this position until May 2021.
Cheri Szereszewski has a diverse education history. Cheri holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto. In 2015, they pursued a certificate program in Children's Mental Health at Durham College, which they completed in 2018. Additionally, Cheri has a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Seneca Polytechnic. Cheri'seducational pursuits demonstrate a keen interest in understanding and supporting the mental well-being of children. Cheri'sdedication to this field is further highlighted by their recent achievement of a Mental Health First Aid Certificate for adults from the National Council for Mental Well Being in February 2022.

The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNjcc) is a dynamic hub in downtown Toronto. We provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to be active, learn, connect and participate in a wide range of cultural experiences. Rooted in Jewish values, the MNjcc is open to all. The MNjcc is home to a 3,800 member state of the art Fitness Centre, the 285 seat Al Green Theatre, four schools, three choirs, a wide range of arts and cultural activities, Jewish Life programming, and a robust Active 55+ program. It is a founding member of the Bloor Street Cultural Corridor, and the lead organizer of the annual Annex Family Festival.
