Alana Hay

Alana Hay is an experienced professional in the events industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Milestone Creative Australia since November 2008. Alana has held various leadership roles, including Director at Milestone Projects and a Board Member at Meetings & Events Australia. With a background in sales and marketing, Alana managed teams at the Sydney Olympic Park Authority and held positions at Fox Studios Australia and the Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain, overseeing numerous events and catering operations. Active in the industry, Alana has been involved with Meetings and Events Australia since 2003 and serves as the Chairperson of the MEA NSW Events Committee. Alana’s extensive experience includes creative concept development and event management for diverse corporate and wedding clients.
