David Molloy

David Molloy, CFA, is an experienced financial professional specializing in market risk management. Currently serving as a Market Risk Specialist at Milestone since July 2017, David has successfully led two risk programs integrating IHC into its global parent, RBC, while defining strategy and governance for the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB). Prior to this role, David was an Executive Director at RGP, where governance and program management for the Treasury department were key contributions to the CCAR and DFAST programs at a Systemically Important Financial Institution (SIFI). With a background as Global Controller at UBS Investment Bank, David managed significant portfolios and previously developed risk management software at Thomson Reuters and Merrill Lynch. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from New York University and has also studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Imperial College London.
