Tom Gabbert

Tom Gabbert is the founder and CEO of Milestone Business Solutions. Prior to Milestone, Tom was the VP of Operations at inDinero from February 2019 to June 2020, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations that included 9 offices in the United States, 2 offices in the Philippines, and over 260 employees. Tom also oversaw the acquisition and integration of three firms in the first twelve months.

Before inDinero, Tom was the founder and managing director of mACCOUNTING, LLC from August 2003 to January 2019. Tom pioneered the outsourced accounting model in the Indianapolis market and established mAccounting as a national brand and industry leader. Tom grew the firm to 40 employees and established a culture of collaboration and innovation, earning mAccounting the recognition as one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work in 2017, 2018 & 2019. Tom was also responsible for the firm's strategic direction and day-to-day operations, provided CFO / COO consulting to client companies, and raised over $250M in growth capital for client companies (seed, Series A, Series B). Tom led the firm to a successful acquisition by inDinero in February 2019.

Tom Gabbert has a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the same school. Tom is also certified as a public accountant by the State of Indiana.
