Shani Armbruster is an experienced professional in urban planning and project management, currently serving as the Entitlements Manager at MileStone Community Builders, LLC since January 2022. Shani previously worked as a Planner at Tinguely Development, Inc. from March 2014 to June 2022, focusing on project management, community design review, and regulatory permit management. Additional roles include consulting for Treme 4 Treme in 2012, conducting graduate research at the University of New Orleans on participatory democracy, and serving as a Buyer and Retail Manager at Red Sail Sports. Shani holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Smith College, among other educational experiences.
