Ralph Western

Ralph Western has a strong work history in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and infrastructure industry. Ralph is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Milestone Equipment Holdings since 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at Aegion Corporation, including Chief Operating Officer of the Infrastructure Solutions Platform, Chief Operating & Technology Officer, and Senior Vice President & General Manager of Insituform Technologies. Ralph also served as the Vice President Global Manufacturing & President Bayou Coatings at AEGION formerly Insituform Technologies. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Navistar International, International Truck and Engine, and Navistar.

Ralph Western completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Indiana Wesleyan University from 1999 to 2001.
