Emma Harris

Emma Harris has extensive experience in learning and development, having worked in various roles at Skanska before joining Milestone Infrastructure as the Head of Learning and Development. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminological Psychology from Bucks New University, Emma has a strong background in providing back-office L&D support, managing training programs, and partnering with leaders to address development needs. Emma also has experience in administration and customer service.
