Javinder Gill

Javinder Gill (ACIPD AMinstLM) is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Emerging Talent Manager at Milestone Infrastructure since October 2022. Prior roles include specializing in emerging talent program development at Ocado Group and providing guidance as an Early Careers Advisor at Wates Group. Earlier career stages involved various learning and development roles at Costain Group PLC, as well as HR administration positions at multiple organizations, including Thames Valley Police and Sheet Tech Fabrication and Engineering.
