Rachael Lee

Rachael Lee is an accomplished Regional Health and Safety Manager with extensive experience in overseeing health and safety operations across various construction and infrastructure projects. Currently at Milestone Infrastructure since May 2021, Rachael manages a team of health and safety advisors in multiple regions and focuses on improving health and safety culture, providing expert guidance, and maintaining compliance with accreditations. Previously, Rachael held similar positions at Skanska and Barhale Trant Utilities, as well as various roles at Balfour Beatty Living Places, Amey, and Carillion, accumulating diverse expertise in safety management, regulatory compliance, and training initiatives. Rachael's educational background includes an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice and a BA (Hons) in Education and Sociology from The University of Wolverhampton.
