Jim Finley

Jim Finley is an experienced executive in the manufacturing and consulting sectors, currently serving as a Senior Operating Partner at Milestone Partners since January 2018. Finley also operates as semi-retired at Edge-Stone Consulting LLC. Previous leadership roles include President and CEO at Machine Laboratory LLC, Trico Products, and Tinnerman Palnut, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations and strategic direction in specialized manufacturing. Additional roles at The Stanley Works and Thomas & Betts as VP/GM strengthened Finley’s expertise in product management and marketing across various industries, including automotive and construction. Finley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
