Scott Warren

Scott Warren is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. As the Managing Partner and co-founder of Milestone Partners since January 1995, Scott has specialized in leveraged buyouts of niche middle-market businesses, overseeing numerous acquisitions. Prior to this, Scott served as Managing Director at Philadelphia First Group / Beacon Capital from January 1989 to December 1995, focusing on middle market leveraged buyouts and financings. Scott's earlier career includes a role as Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities included managing middle market transactions valued between $15 million and $100 million, and an investment banking position at Philadelphia National Bank. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia.
