James Nuñez

James Nuñez is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in medical excellence and pharmacotherapy. Currently serving as the Senior Director, Head of Medical Excellence & Head of Field-Based Medicine at Milestone Pharmaceuticals, Inc., James leads a team of eight Medical Science Liaisons and has developed a CRM system to enhance field medical strategies. Previously, James worked as a Clinical Pharmacist II at Yale New Haven Hospital, providing critical liaison services and educational support to healthcare providers. Additional roles include US Medical Director for the cardiovascular pipeline at Boehringer Ingelheim and various positions in clinical development and medical affairs. James holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Hofstra University.
