Paul Eastin

Paul Eastin is an experienced construction and project management professional with a diverse background in oilfield consulting and operations. Currently serving as a Construction Block Coordinator and AWP WFP Coordinator at Milestone Project Services since September 2020, Paul oversees construction activities on Brownfield projects for Shell and manages advanced planning from project startup to handover. Paul has held multiple significant roles in the industry, including Appomattox SIMOPS Coordinator and Mechanical Completions Lead at Shell, and Offshore Project Manager at G.I.S., where oversight of large teams and complex operations was crucial. Paul's previous experience includes various superintendent and project manager positions, demonstrating proficiency in construction execution, AWP planning, and safety coordination. Paul holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, complemented by military service as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army.
