Alisa Gibson

Alisa Gibson is an accomplished professional in development and marketing with a focus on nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development and Marketing at Milestone Recovery since January 2025, Alisa is committed to amplifying the organization's efforts to assist Mainers facing homelessness and substance use disorders through effective fundraising and communications. Previously, Alisa held the position of Director of Marketing and Development at NFI North, where responsibilities included establishing a new department to enhance the organization's outreach in mental and behavioral health services across Maine and New Hampshire. Alisa's experience also includes roles as Executive Director at Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter and Operations Manager at The Helen Brown Group LLC, a consultancy supporting nonprofit clients worldwide. Earlier career highlights include serving as Girls Services Coordinator at the John M. Barry Boys & Girls Club of Newton and owning Imperial Limousine. Alisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global.
