Don Anderson

Don is Chief Health Care Officer of Milestone. In this role, he focuses on clinical operations of the retirement communities under management, working closely with the clinical teams in training and deployment of clinical systems and services.

Don was most recently Vice President of Marketing and Clinical Affairs of LifeStyles, which operated 16 senior communities with services including independent living, assisted living and dementia care totaling 1600 units and 700 employees. In addition to overseeing the global marketing and clinical activities of the company, he was active at the building level working closely with the Executive Directors and their teams in training and development of staff in programs aimed at delivering quality care in promoting resident and family satisfaction and ensuring high occupancy.
