Arlene Laborde

Arlene Laborde is the Chief People Officer at Milestone Technologies. Arlene has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including HRIS management, systems consulting, and employee relations.

Arlene started their career in 1994 as an HRIS Manager at DHL Worldwide Express. Arlene then spent six years at Documentum as their HRIS Manager before moving to SMI, where they worked as a Senior Consultant for one year. In 2006, Arlene joined MobiTV as their Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held for 12 years before joining Milestone Technologies in 2018.

Arlene Laborde has a BA in Human Relations from Golden Gate University.
