Lauren Fortson

Lauren Fortson has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and technology vertical management. Lauren currently holds the position of Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Milestone Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Kforce Inc, where they held various roles such as Managing Director, Technology Vertical and Delivery Director, Technology Vertical. Lauren also served as a Market Manager - National Delivery, Technology Vertical and Talent Senior Manager/Sr. IT Recruiter at Kforce Inc. Before joining Kforce Inc, Lauren worked at BMO Harris Bank as a Service Representative, where they provided excellent customer service and performed various banking services. Lauren began their career as a Sales Associate at Campus Outfitters.
