Mohan Doss Gandhi Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. MOHAN DOSS GANDHI is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Milestone Technologies, Inc., where they lead a team of 50+ members in developing platform and product solutions for payment services. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering at Paysafe Group and Director of Development & Delivery Engineering at Cigniti Technologies. At Advance Auto Parts India, they worked as the Principal Engineering Lead, overseeing a team of 20+ members in developing high-quality software for e-commerce digital. Mohan also has experience working at Microsoft India as a Senior Software Engineering Lead and Senior Software Development Engineer, where they managed and mentored large teams and successfully delivered numerous projects. Before that, they worked at Tektronix as a SW Automation Tool Architect/Expert and as a Software Development Engineer. Mohan began their career as a Software Development Engineer at MTAB Engineers Ltd and Mag-Dyn.

Mohan Doss Gandhi Gandhi earned a Ph.D in Computer Software Engineering from Hindustan University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their MSc in Applied Electronics at PSG College of Arts and Science from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as SCRUM MASTER from Scrum Alliance in February 2017 and SAFe Agilist Certification 5.1 from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2022. MOHAN DOSS GANDHI also holds certifications in Microsoft technologies, including 70-461 Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 and 70-532 Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions.
