Philip Smyth LPC, LCADC, CCS CCTP-II, ICGC-II, CDBT currently serves as the Executive Director at Milestone Treatment Center since August 2025 and is the Owner of Safe Bet Counseling since September 2020, where activities are also showcased on Instagram as "thegamblingtherapist." Prior experience includes serving as the SUD Clinical Director at Victory Bay Recovery Center from September 2019 to August 2025, where Philip oversaw administrative duties and provided supervisory leadership in substance use and mental health counseling.
