Ivan Orvieto

Ivan Orvieto is the Head of Development Operations at Milestone. Ivan has over 20 years of experience in the video game industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Ivan started their career as an Executive Producer at Giunti Multimedia Entertainment, where they worked for 6 years. Ivan then moved on to Silent Bay Studios s.n.c. as an Executive Producer and Co-Founder, where they spent 8 years. After that, they became the Executive Producer - RTD Director at Miniclip Italia, where they worked for 5 years. Ivan then joined Milestone as the Head of Development Operations, Planning Manager, and PMO. Ivan has been with Milestone for 4 years and 10 months.

Ivan is focused on evolving the Milestone organizational and process design, delivering an effective and efficient operating model for the future of the studio. Ivan is also continuously improving the Milestone development processes in close collaboration with management and development teams. In addition, Ivan is responsible for creating the frameworks and reporting structures for projects across all areas of development, valuable for both Milestone management and the development teams.

Ivan Orvieto has a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Genova and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the same school. Ivan also has a certificate in Agile with Atlassian Jira from Coursera.
