David Winchell

David Winchell has extensive experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly in the roles of Behavior Specialist at Milestones Behavioral Services since May 2014, and Job Coach/1:1 Counselor at The Kennedy Collective from July 2007 to May 2014. In these roles, David specialized in providing tailored support to children and young adults with autism and other developmental challenges, as well as supervising teams in custodial settings. Additional experience includes serving as a Mentor for Coach-Mentors, directing a student-run non-profit organization, RevitalArts Inc., focused on arts programming, and completing a Digital Research Internship with Oxygen Media, where data was compiled for network email newsletters.
