Jimil Shah

Jimil Shah is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Guest Experience Manager at Milestones Grill + Bar since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jimil held positions at Nando's UK & IRE, where responsibilities included both Assistant Manager and Team Member roles from May 2021 to May 2023. Experience also includes serving as Hospitality Head at What's Your Wish and Brand Strategist at La Casaa Cafe, where strategic operations and food menu curation were key responsibilities. Jimil began work as Brand Manager at Vj’s Cafe, overseeing operations and quality control across multiple locations in Mumbai. Jimil holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ulster University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology.
