Phyllis Dan has had a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as a Group Leader for the Recombinant Protein Group at Alomone Labs. During their time there, they introduced new manufacturing processes, resulting in the production of novel products and substantial profits. Phyllis then worked as a Research Scientist at Hadassah Hospital from 2009 to 2011, where they conducted various projects related to fatty acid 2-hydroxylase deficiency. Phyllis also mentored MSc students and was a co-author on a published paper. From 2011 onwards, Phyllis worked at CureTech as a Senior Project Leader, responsible for developing and validating bioanalytical methods and managing the qualification and validation of assays performed by outside contractors. In 2017, they joined Mileutis Ltd. as a Senior Biochemist, but no additional details about this role are provided.
Phyllis Dan holds a PhD and MSc in Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
