Jaylene Pay

Jaylene Pay has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as an International Events Executive at Success Resources, where they played a key role in planning and organizing seminars internationally and researching new markets for expansion. From 2016 to 2020, at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research, they served as a Business Development Officer and later as an Assistant Business Development Manager. In these roles, they focused on building the first 5G industrialized testbed and accelerating technology adoption within the advanced manufacturing sector. In 2020, they joined Euromonitor International as a Senior Regional Account Manager, APAC, where they were responsible for managing corporate clients in the APAC region and fostering strong relationships. Currently, they are working at Milieu Insight as a Business Development Manager and has recently been promoted to Senior Business Development Manager.

Jaylene Pay attended the University of Birmingham from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business.
