Kai Xiang Cheong

Kai Xiang Cheong has a diverse range of work experience. Kai Xiang currently works as a Full Stack Developer at Milieu Insight starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Singtel from 2020 to 2022 as a Full Stack Developer. In this role, they developed and maintained REST APIs for an enterprise portal and collaborated with product management and UI/UX teams to implement front-facing portal features. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Business Management & Planning SHINE Intern at Singtel, where they analyzed workflow and operation runtimes, improved processes through VBA and custom functions, and standardized database formats. In 2017, they interned as an IP & International Data SHINE Intern at Singtel, where they analyzed product and financial performance, created waterfall charts, and set sales targets. Kai Xiang also set up a product database in Excel for easy access and updates. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, they served as a National Serviceman (Full-Time) in the G2-Army at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore.

Kai Xiang Cheong completed their education at various institutions. From 2008 to 2013, they attended Dunman High School, where they pursued a program known as Integrated Programme (IP) and completed their GCE 'A' Levels.

Subsequently, from 2016 to 2019, Kai Xiang Cheong enrolled at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where they achieved a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Engineering Systems and Design.

During their time at SUTD, they also participated in a Global Exchange Programme (GEXP) in 2018 at Aalto University, focusing on Computer Science.
