Cory Titus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cory currently works as the Director of Veteran Benefits and Guard/Reserve Affairs at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, Cory was an Associate Director at MOAA from May 2019 to September 2019. Before joining MOAA, they founded their own company called Tailored Financials in August 2017.
Cory also has a military background, having served in the US Army and 21st Signal Brigade. Cory held the position of Company Commander in the 21st Signal Brigade from September 2015 to June 2017. In the US Army, they served as an Operations Officer from February 2014 to December 2014, and as a Communications Officer from August 2013 to January 2014. During their deployment in Afghanistan, they managed computer and radio networks for a 400-person unit across multiple bases and provinces.
Prior to their military career, Cory worked as a Specialist at Apple Inc. from 2008 to 2010.
Cory Titus completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Entrepreneurship from George Mason University in the years 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of St. Thomas. This degree was obtained between 2006 and 2010, and their field of study included Political Science, Economics, History, and French.
