Jim Lowder, CISSP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jim began their career in 1995 as a Soccer Referee and Instructor for the United States Soccer Federation. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Contract Consultant for Coalfire Systems, Inc. specializing in Federal Technology Audit & Advisory Services. From 2016 onwards, Jim held various roles with the Military Officers Association of America, the Republican Party of Texas, and Secutor Consulting. Jim also worked as a Cyber Security Consultant for Attila-Tek and a Census Field Manager for the U.S. Census Bureau. Most recently, they have been serving as a Commercial Pilot and Cyber Security Consultant for Attila-Tek LLC. Jim brings with him twenty years of experience in technology implementation projects and risk program management, with a focus on providing efficient and integrated technology project completions, cost-effective cybersecurity processes, and exceptional customer service.

Jim Lowder, CISSP, completed their education in Information Technology Management at the Naval Postgraduate School from 1994 to 1996. Jim further pursued additional certifications, obtaining the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from ISC(2) in March 2011 and the FITSP-Auditor (Federal IT Security Institute-Auditor) from the Federal IT Security Institute in May 2015.
