Jim Obrien

Jim OBrien has worked at MOAA as both the Chief Operations Officer and the CFO. Jim started in the role of CFO in 2010 and later became the Chief Operations Officer in July 2016. The specific start and end dates for these roles are not provided.

Jim OBrien completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting from Norwich University in 1985. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California from 1988 onwards.
