Maria Thestrup Jensen

Maria Thestrup Jensen has extensive experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as an AC tekniker at Miljøstyrelsen since November 2018. Prior to this role, Maria was a Teamlead at Döhler Denmark A/S from July 2017 to November 2018, and held the position of Process and Innovation Leader at Unilever from January 2016 to July 2017. Maria's background also includes roles as Team Leader and Recovery Chemist at Novozymes from February 2010 to December 2015, and work as a M.Sc. Chemical Engineer at Dong Energy from January 2007 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Chemical Engineering degree from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark and a Master's degree in chemical engineering from Ingeniørhøjskolen Odense Teknikum, complemented by foundational studies at Sct. Knuds Gymnasium.
